Loved this taco place! Very tasty tacos and a good variety. The best I tried was the breakfast migas. I also had Al Pastor (you always should) and glazed pork belly, both delicious. I will definitely come back to try other menu items. Recommended for sure.
Literally such a good restaurant! Staff is so incredibly friendly & the pricing is so reasonable. Genuinely such a good experience! Also by far the best Mexican food Ive had in Texas! We definitely CLEARED our plates! What a find!!!
Great place to hit up for breakfast tacos or lunch. Clean, open and friendly staff. Always offering us extra chips or fresh handmade tortillas. Great flavors on tacos. This is not a typical strip mall 5-6 street taco style eatery, more inclined to order an appetizer and 2 tacos. Will be back.

A little gem right off the highway. The staff are friendly, the taco selection is phenomenal and the food is delicious. Loved my pork belly and fried shrimp tacos, the elote is the best I've ever had and those churros are hot, crunchy and cinnamon so good. Thank you for Easter lunch, highly recommend!
The Lonestar Living Team stopped by Mexican Cactus for lunch after securing an exciting new listing, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate! From the warm welcome to the incredible food, everything was top-notch. We started with their fresh chips and salsa, both salsas were packed with flavor. Their street tacos—especially the waygu and pollo —were some of the best we’ve had. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere made for the perfect post-listing celebration. If you’re looking for Mexican food in Allen, Mexican Cactus is a must-try. The Lonestar Living Team will definitely be back!
The tacos here were delicious. Definitely on the pricier end but well worth it. We got one Glazed pork belly taco, one Al pastor taco, and one carne asada taco. We decided to try the churros and Elotes as well. The glazed pork belly was delicious and very unique. I may come back just for that. Great food.
